because American entertainment simply does not exist. Japans entertainment is simply put away ahead of the words. the Japanese are a people who have a better understanding of life. they a better set of values and taste in good shows. unlike Americans who watch garbage like Big Bang Theory and Jersey Shore

I was watching Naruto and even it had a deeper more complex story then stuff like The Wire or Breaking bad which are all the same garbage copy paste formula storys. We never have anything unique.

And to even SUGGEST American cartoons could be considered funny or on par with the near flawless and educated values of a people who are better then us is insulting.

Compare something like NGE to The Wire and it’s almost insulting how poorly written the Wire is. No character development, no action scenes no love interests. Just a generic crime show.

It’s kinda sad how superior Japan is. How can anyone like shows like Sopranos, or the Wire is beyond me. Maybe it’s just they enjoy seeing the scum of society on TV to pretend they’re superior.
